September 13, Sunday, DOUBLE HILL DUATHLON, 3-Mile Run / 15-Mile Bike Race. Prizes In All Age Categories. Team Prizes for Male/Female and Co-Ed Teams. Registration includes admission to park and Penobscot Narrow Observatory. $25.00 Individual. $35.00 Team. The bike leg climbs Fort Knox Hill from the Prospect side before finishing in front of the fort. On-site registration begins at 8:00 a.m. at base of observatory. Race starts at 9:00 a.m. Both legs start at the base of the observatory. |
